Kaiko.ai brings an oncology-specific AI assistant into the hospital that digests pathology slides, scans, genomes and doctors’ notes in seconds, drafts reports and surfaces trial options—saving clinicians about 15 minutes per consult. Already live at the Netherlands Cancer Institute and running entirely inside the hospital’s secure network, it turns scattered cancer data into faster, clearer decisions while keeping privacy and expert oversight front and center.

Kaiko.ai is a remarkable Dutch-Swiss startup on a mission to transform cancer care through a truly groundbreaking AI assistant – one that supports medical experts across the full journey of oncology treatment.

What truly impressed us was the combination of deep technical innovation and clear clinical purpose. Kaiko’s models are tailored for medicine, designed to understand everything from complex radiology scans to genomics and unstructured clinical notes.

Of course, we’d love to see even more data on how this translates into patient outcomes but the potential here is undeniable.

Kaiko.ai is more than a tech company – it’s a glimpse into the future of healthcare.

By building everything from the data infrastructure to real clinical applications, they’re not just solving today’s problems – they’re paving the way for a new standard in medical AI. We’re excited to see where they go next.
