Balingo – Terminology‑enforced multilingual consistency for regulated content

For styling, it applies corporate style guidance and provides structured, explainable changes so reviewers can accept or reject edits efficiently. For translation, Balingo enforces approved terminology by detecting relevant terms upfront (including common variations like typos, hyphenation, and plurals) and ensuring the final output uses the correct wording. For PPTX/DOCX, Balingo separates text from the document layout and then reinserts the validated result, preserving the original formatting while reliably handling large files via streaming.

In production, Balingo processed 12,000+ requests in 3 months (requests include styling, text translation, and document translation) with a 99.95% end-to-end success rate.
